This detailed analysis is critically important for successful implementation of instruction and consequent improvement in student. Pay extra attention to category marked in ‘Needs Improvement.’ You need to bring this matter to the attention of an instructor, too.
Academic Focus & Roadmap
Based on the results of E-Scan Math test, E-Scan 2.0 generates Academic Focus which Math6Month will prioritize with the instructional emphasis and renders the annual Academic Roadmap which indicates yearly goals and objectives.
Be advised that Academic Focus is completely aligned to Common Core State Standards (CCSS), and instructional emphasis should be placed on areas as described. You should refer to this report to demonstrate how well the student will improve in Math for six month and for a year.
Analysis by Questions
E-Scan 2.0 produces detailed analysis by questions. Analysis by Questions is about student’s performance in all categories in his/her grade, which are completely aligned to Common Core State Standards. Unlike Analysis by Questions in E-Scan Reading test, it contains information about difficulty level of each question and whether the question in problem solving type or not.
You may break right and wrong answers by categories, and use this information for counseling to parents. Be advised that all questions in E-Scan Math have different degree of difficulty. If parents want to see actual questions, you should explain to them that there is a charge of $50 as a question reprocessing fee, and it takes 48 hours to reprocess.
